How do I fix this ORA-39078 error?
Answer:
This
error can happen when the streams_pool_size is too small:
SQL> alter system set
STREAMS_POOL_SIZE=100M scope=spfile;
SQL> shutdown
immediate
SQL> startup

The Oracle oerr utility shows this for the ORA-39078
error:
ORA-39078: Unable to
dequeue message for agent string from queue "string"
Cause: The Data Pump"s communication
layer was unable to retrieve a message from the control or
status queue. Subsequent messages will detail the problem.
Action: Fix the problem if
possible, or contact Oracle Customer Support.
