The Oracle Documentation notes: The "user rollbacks" Oracle metric statistic stores the number of times users manually issue the ROLLBACK statement or an error occurs during users' transactions.

user rollbacks / (user commits + user rollbacks) * 100

This script measures user rollbacks:
