Question: What does
the hidden parameter _smu_debug_mode do? How do I use
_smu_debug_mode do debug a corrupted data file? Can
you show an example of using _smu_debug_mode?
Answer: The _smu_debug_mode is
used to set other parameter values and it should only be
used when working directly with Oracle technical support.

begin
dbms_transaction.purge_lost_db_entry('local_tran_id');

you got this another error below
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled
