Question:  I need access to personal Oracle support for my new job.  I just got my OCP certification and I just started a new job where I'm completely lost.  There is so much I don't understand that was not covered on the test, and I desperately need to be able to call someone with experience for daily help.  This is urgent, since I could loose my job if they know that I cannot do the work.

 

Answer: No Oracle consultant can access an Oracle database without the knowledge and consent of the owner, but some Oracle DBA staff will hire Oracle experts for personalized telephone support.
