What is the solution for the ORA-609 error?
Answer:
In this case, the ORA-609 is a "secondary" error, a result of the
preceding
TNS-12560 error. To diagnose any error, you
start by using the
oerr utility to display the ORA-00609 error:
ORA-00609: could not
attach to incoming connection
Cause:
Oracle process could not answer incoming connection
Action: If the situation described in the next error
on the stack can be corrected, do so; otherwise contact Oracle
Support.
The solution is to first check for any trace files, then open an
SR on Oracle MOSC.
