Question: I ant to know the maximum number of possible partitions in an Oracle table. What is the max partitions?

Answer: Oracle states that the maximum number of partitions/subpartitions is expressed as:

Oracle9i - Oracle10gr2: I64K - 1 (65535 max partitions)

Oracle11g and beyond: (1,024 K-1) = 1,048,575
