Set_schema_prefs is a procedure that sets all the statistics preferences for the specified schema. The valid values for the pname parameter are CASCADE, DEGREE, ESTIMATE_PERCENT, METHOD_OPT, NO_INVALIDATE, GRANULARITY, PUBLISH, INCREMENTAL and STALE_PERCENT.
