Passed My Final Oracle 9i
DBA OCP Exam
Well, I'm back from my
holiday now and back in the
office on Monday. And
doesn't jet lag suck - I
spent the last two weeks
relaxing and getting lots of
lie-ins, and now my body
clock is all over the place
and I feel worse than ever
:-(
Anyway, a couple of bits of
personal news:
I took the last of my Oracle
9i DBA OCP exams just before
I went away, and I'm now a
Oracle Certified
Professional. Woohoo! It
took me around 18 months to
get there, but I finally
made it and can now spend my
evenings relaxing, instead
of holed-up in the study
reading my OCP exam guides.
In addition, I've linked up
with
Don Burleson, one of the
world's most widely-read Oracle experts
and the editor behind
Rampant Techpress, to
put together articles for
his new
Oracle News portal. I've
been in touch with Don for a
while now, and it's a great
honour to work alongside
such a 'name' in the Oracle
community.

development scene.
