Non-flash interface for Oracle Support web site

With all of the issues surrounding the new flash-based interface for the My Oracle Support Community (MOSC, pronounced “Mosque”), Oracle has addressed the issue by introducing an HTML-based MOSC.

Many Oracle customers from developing countries were having trouble connecting with older PC’s using flash, so Oracle has created an HTML-only interface to their Oracle technical support services:
