Depending on your role within your company, "administration" can encompass several areas related to the use and licensing of Oracle's software. Some of these areas include MOSC (and its site administration), licensing (yours and your customers), Partner program involvement, and sales/reseller functions.". Part one of these articles covers the use of MOSC, and how Oracle software is licensed and purchased, whilst part two is more focused on partners and ISVs and looks at the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), and Oracle sales and reselling.
